After last year’s impactful first edition, Solarplaza & GOGLA, with the support of Power Africa and Proparco, are proud to announce the second edition of Unlocking Solar Capital Africa. The Pan-African conference will take place on 25 and 26 October 2017 this year in West-Africa’s economic hub Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
The focus of this unique 2-day international conference will once again be on unlocking capital for new solar project development in Africa, and finance & investment in the three leading solar electrification segments: on-grid, mini-grid and off-grid solar. In the aim to boost the African solar PV market, 350+ decision makers (including representatives from development banks, investment funds, solar developers, IPPs and EPCs) will come together to solve Africa’s solar energy funding gap – and get projects realized.
